Welcome to the PatentMatic website. Here you can find some information on patent numbering, kind codes and links to some useful web-sites including most(?) national patent offices.

News

We have decided not to resume our patent downloading service. We apologise to our users who in the (somewhat distant) past found our service useful.

Patents have become, in the last few years, much more easily available from the original patent-issuing Offices and there is now little need for a service such as we previously provided.

We will be shortly be expanding this site with a simple guide on how to to obtain free patents elsewhere.
